AdYapper, Inc. is the corporate name for AdYapper. In this Policy, we will refer to AdYapper, Inc. as “AdYapper”, “our”, “us” or “we.”

1. Data collection

NAdYapper uses tracking pixels and other similar technologies that can place a small piece of HTML code on a webpage to collect information about advertising impression opportunities and displayed ads. The types of data we collect using our technology include:

• Standard HTTP header information including information such as IP address, Referring URL, User-Agent data and other data.
• Information contained within an advertisement itself, known as an “Ad Tag,” that includes information used to identify the advertiser displaying the ad and the media property that sold the impression. This can include things like: client id, campaign id, creative id, placement id, etc.
• Browser and computer environmental information necessary to determine the viewability of an advertisement, which includes information such as ad size, ad viewability state within viewable browser window, size of the browser viewport, size of the display, application in focus, browser tab in focus, and other data.

2. Cookies

AdYapper technology might drop anonymous tracking cookies on behalf of it’s clients. Such cookies do not contain any personal, sensitive or identifiable information and they allow our clients to track its audience across their media buy. 3. Data usage

AdYapper uses collected data to inform its clients about performance of their advertising campaigns in an aggregated way. The primary means by which we provide information to our customers is in aggregated reports or raw data feeds or APIs, including but not limited to our customer dashboard. Additionally, for the delivery of some of our enhanced services that anonymously combine data we collect with information from third parties, AdYapper anonymously shares advertising impression quality and viewability information with those third parties.

4. Personal information

AdYapper do not knowingly directly collect personal information, and Adyapper does not use any such information that may be inadvertently collected in any way. We are not an advertising company, thus we do not collect, create or share individual consumer profiles for the purpose of buying, selling or targeting advertising, and thus we have no use for, and no reason to collect, personal information through our services.

5. How we store and protect information

• Information Security. We care about the security of your information. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of information collected and maintained through the Service. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized persons.
• Phishing. Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to AdYapper. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not request your credit card information, login information, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. • Breach Notification. We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Service in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
• International Transfer . Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, AdYapper transfers Personal Information to the United States and processes it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

6. Our policy towards children’s information

This Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@adyapper.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
